Aftermarket fuel rail options?

Are there any aftermarket fuel rails available that are made to accept the stock injectors? Thinking of replacing this ugly cumbersome unit. Already have an afpr. Thanks.

You know...I do recall that conversation. But vaguely. In any event, that may be too much of a hit and miss. I'd rather if I could get one CNC billet machined. Ah well, a guy can hope.

This company should be able to sell it to you separately if they still sell these.

Awesome find. I'll check them out and see.

I just received my fuel rail from rzcrewgarage. I will have to compare it to the stock fuel rail when I have a chance. It is nicely crafted cut out on a CNC machine with a 12 mm fuel chamber. I even got in anodized black for not much more. It comes with two set of fittings for both ends (both sides look to be 3/8" npt for rail side). The other end is 6 AN or 1/4 nipple. It does not have a fuel pulse damper and I'm not sure how important that will be with the larger than o.e.m. fuel rail. I did come across a how to build your own fuel rail using this:
https://www.sbpartsdirect.com/product_p/sb-rmr-019.htm (this is one is a 1/2" diameter fuel rail). The same company sells an 8 dash one also which I believe is 5/8" (too big I believe for our small engines). The 1/2" one is the same part as a member was selling on here. If I were making the part the time I would have to put in and the cost for the fittings would be higher then his cost.

However, the rzcrewgarage was nicer made and powder coated for a similar cost. It has a slot built in for adjustment and it was available. The down side is it is slightly smaller at 0.472" and takes over a month to get.

I'll take a look at the o.e.m. fuel pulse damper to see if can be removed and added to the aftermarket rail. I did read a few post that a return style fuel setup had less to worry about fuel pulsating, but Suzuki engineers included it. I'll compare the stock fuel rail diameter with this and make a judgement call on if I think it is needed. I'll post a picture of the rail when I get a chance.
