On Sunday Dec 2 my wife and daughter had almost the same thing happen to our 2014 Chevy Spark.
An Escalade t-boned them in the passenger side at 55+ mph.
All 10 airbags popped. Those and the seat belts let them pretty much walk away.
I will testify that those little Chevy cars are tough little bastards with superior crash protection.![]()
