Will the KYB GR2 struts work across the different chassis? I have a set new that I bought for the Mk3 chassis I had and was wondering if they'll fit the Mk5.

Yes they will. I remember the only difference was the location of the bracket for the flex line - though that might only be from GT to non GT in the earlier generations. I used them on my 2000 car with H&R springs, which I really liked.
