Working on getting reference documents copied over, I don't have the files uploaded correctly yet and there are more to come I'm just testing this out and seeing what I need to do. Please don't all comment that this is broken, I know it is!

Ok I think I have the file upload sorted out now. If someone has a chance to try this and make sure that would be great before I get to far down the road with this.
