a gti will need 14′ wheels to clear the front brake calipers. gt cars may have the smaller front calipers , like a vert, and 13′' wheels will fit.

costco (at least in canada) is known for poor quality gas. 2 exact same trips, on tank full of shell gas, the other trip a full tank of costco gas-the shell gas went almost 100 km further than the costco gas. people use costco gas in their small engines, and i see a higher percentage of clogged jets...

try reversing up the hill, these cars have more traction in reverse... one of my almost new snow tires picked up a nail near the crown, had a flat at work the other day. filled with air and went home, thought it was a bead leak- ( aluminum wheels)but nope- need to remove from wheel to repair. 4 x 4....

installed better snow tires. changed a bad headlamp ballast. vacuumed the interior. left it parked inside so its ready for the cold and snow-again
